Welcome to TAAP – the Tuition Assistance Assessment Program.
Private school / Yeshiva education is an expenditure that not every family is equipped to make. Because of the tremendous importance of a Torah education, most Yeshivas and Jewish Day Schools cherish the opportunity to partner with families to reduce the cost of their tuition, based on the demonstrated financial need. The purpose of TAAP is to streamline the tuition assistance application process for both schools and applicants.

Rabbi Harayl Askotzky, the founder of TAAP, manages the business office and financial aid process of a large Jewish Day School, as well as his own tax and consulting business.
After working with some of the leading financial aid management/assessment businesses on the market, he found that despite their many benefits, these well-known programs had significant limitations that could not be solved.
Utilizing his unique training, and his experience working on finances with many types of families, the TAAP team has created an innovative product allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of your applicants’ financial and life circumstances. By collecting real financial and socioeconomic data and using detailed methods, we gain a greater understanding of the family’s true needs and can thereby assess them with greater sensitivity and accuracy.
